This is such a striking antique pendant—handmade in silver (stamped, but hard to read—likely sterling or 800). The focal point is a deep red glass paste stone, surrounded by clear paste stones with lovely old hand cuts and a soft sparkle. The detailing is beautiful—scrolls, tiny flourishes, and a little dangle at the bottom for extra movement. The back is just as interesting, with a stamped starburst pattern behind the red stone, typical of early 1800s work.
