Large Art Nouveau Sash Buckle

Outstanding!

This old buckle set appears to be from the Art Nouveau era although I'm not absolutely certain of that. The design elements point to early 1900s and appears to have a mix of styles of the era. Soft enamel and lily pad openwork leaves in the center point to Art Nouveau aesthetics. The overall look, however, has more of an Arts and Crafts look. Regardless, it is a very unique set in a striking large size! Collect these and use as is or have them converted into something of your dreams such as pendants!

🌟 Condition: Excellent for the age. The metal is darkened. One of the pieces has a little metal edge that is missing. Perhaps this was done in production?
