Bold raven form with a flash of iridescent abalone!

This signed Kinta-Way pendant by Haida artist Sharon Hitchcock (1951–2009) is crafted in sterling silver and features a striking eagle design accented by a vibrant abalone shell eye. The substantial 2-inch size gives it wonderful presence, while the engraved formline details reflect the distinctive visual language of Northwest Coast Indigenous art.

Sharon Hitchcock (Kinta-Way) was a respected Haida artist from Old Massett, Haida Gwaii, known for her work in metal, argillite, painting, and jewelry. She was part of the modern Haida artistic renaissance and is also recognized for creating the design that adorns Lootaas, the celebrated canoe of Haida master artist Bill Reid.

Hand-signed Kinta Way on the reverse.
