Refund Policy
  1. If your item is damaged or not as described simply contact us by email within 3 days of delivery to arrange for its return. "Not as described" status will depend on our discretion based on extensive photo documentation provided by us. All returns that are not damaged and are as described will be returned at the expense of you, the customer.
  2. If a refund is granted, we will respond to offer you the choice of a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping), exchange, or in-store credit.
  3. You will ship the item back to the shop within 3 business days of our acknowledgment. The item must be returned via an agreed-upon carrier, in its original packaging (box and internal padding included), insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
    We recommend you use delivery tracking. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will honor our agreement for a full refund, exchange or in-store credit within 3 business days. Any evidenc of tampering with the item will result in a loss of a refund.

  • NOTE: Items damaged in shipping  are handled separately as described immediately below.

Damaged Item Procedure
  • Please contact us immediately (preferably BEFORE you open the item) if you notice it has been damaged in shipping and we will guide you through the return process. 
  • Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
  • Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions.
  • Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.
