This is the bigger size of this style of brooch by Cini, depicting the Gemini Twins, Castor and Pollux.
Cini was founded by Guglielmo Cini, who was an Italian jewelry maker, working in silver and gold. He relocated to the United States in 1922 and set up a shop in Boston Massachusetts. Cini designs are known for their reflection of classical and renaissance influences.
This is an ornate design of the Gemini twins within a heart, playing flutes atop a pair of cornucopia. A very delightful and detailed design!
Signed, Sterling by Cini, this pin is part of the 1940s zodiac series.
