Offering an Antique Gold Filled Locket Necklace that appears to be from the late Victorian or early Edwardian era (circa 1890-1910).
A beautiful antique locket necklace with ruby and clear colored stones complete with memory photo inside! This pretty pendant comes on a 12k gold filled 24" chain. I believe this has a date of 1903 on the inside but it's very hard to make out.
We have dated this item due to the following characteristics:
- Engraved floral & geometric designs – Popular in Victorian jewelry, especially in the Aesthetic Movement (late 1800s).
- Gold-filled construction – A common material for lockets in both eras, making fine jewelry more affordable.
- Mixed gemstone look (ruby & clear stones) – This was fashionable in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
- Round shape & smooth finish – More typical of Edwardian styles but still seen in later Victorian designs.
- Possible date inside (1903) – This aligns with a transition from Victorian to Edwardian jewelry.

🌟 Condition: Very good with mild wear. It has both of its plastic covers although one doesn't sit in the setting snugly and stay put.
